"Midwestern State University (MSU) recently erected a new $42 MM Health Sciences and Human Services building to serve 40% of our student population. The landscaping for it and the park/quad area east of the building were installed by Trinity Hughes. The project included coordination with the building erector and their subs since many of the building utilities were fed from the park/quad area. Besides "traditional" landscaping features such as sod, trees, grading, surface prep, light poles, and fencing around gas service, the installation included a large unique fountain with four horses running through it. It also included repairs to MSU's underground tunnel system's roof structure prior to the installation of a paver fire lane. Tim Bruce oversaw the exterior improvements around the new building and the quad/park and did a good job of organizing the activities, coordinating subcontractors, overseeing Trinity Hughes' self-performed work, and providing estimates to address issues as they arose during construction.

MSU is thankful for Tim's oversight on this project and completing it in a timely manner."

The second project was a renovation and remodel of our elementary restrooms. This comprised of four sets of restrooms, the nurse's restroom, and a new construction restroom in one of our special education classrooms.

In regards to both projects, Tim was very accurate in both his timelines and cost estimates. He and Trinity Hughes were very attentive to our specific needs and constraints as a school district. They were able to quickly identify and resolve unforeseen issues which arose from the original construction of our buildings.
