STONE GATE TERRACE

Located in Wichita Falls, Texas, the Stone Gate Terraces Apartments were completed in 2006. It consists of 12 quadraplex buildings and one main office totaling approximately 50,000 square feet of occupiable space situated on 5.4 acres of land. All typical facets of general construction were utilized throughout the project duration. These include, but are not limited to: earthwork, utility work, concrete paving, slab on grade, wood framing, brick masonry, asphalt shingle roofing, interior painting, ceramic tile, carpet, millwork, plumbing, mechanical and electrical.
