Trinity Hughes Construction was the General Contractor on the Holliday ISD Head Start Facility. The original plans called for renovations to an existing building on campus. However, Rodney Martin (Project Executive/Estimator), and Harper Perkins Architects provided Value Engineering resulting in  Holliday ISD receiving a new  pre-engineered metal building. It includes a reception area, two classrooms, office, breakroom, laundry, storage, restrooms and a playground area. Sidewalks and new steel canopies were included, in addition to an extension of water, gas, sewer and electrical utilities.
