Trinity Hughes, LLC, as a Texas Limited Liability Company, was formed in February of 2003 for the purpose of real estate investment through a development and construction medium. We are focused in the under-developed greater Wichita Falls and North Texas area. Trinity Hughes, LLC is the only full service Real Estate Development Company in the North Texas area that employs a full time licensed attorney and an academically trained, accredited and experienced construction professional.
In addition to real estate development, Trinity Hughes, LLC also offers full general contracting services. We have formed a dealer relationship with Rockford Manufacturing, Inc. to supply the highest quality pre-engineered metal buildings on the market today. Trinity Hughes, LLC has the ability to offer our clients a broad range of construction services including General Contracting, Construction Management, Design-Build, Consulting and Owner Representation.

We offer our clients services administered by professionally trained and licensed graduates of respected colleges and doctoral programs that specialize in each area of expertise. Trinity Hughes, LLC can provide assistance from one area of need up to a completely comprehensive real estate development and management service. This can consist of transactional work, construction or total project management in which we may retain an ownership interest.

Dave Lilley, Esq.
Dave has a B.S. in Agricultural Development from Texas A&M University, a J.D. from the University of Tulsa School of Law with a focus in real estate transaction, general property, land use control, and construction law. He is a licensed attorney in the State of Texas.

John K. Armstrong
John has a B.B.A. in accounting from Southwest Texas State University, graduate level studies in accounting from Midwestern State University and is licensed by the Securities and Exchange Commission for Series 7, Series 66 and Group 1 Insurance investment transactions.

Rodney P. Martin
Rodney has a B.S. in Construction Science with a Minor in Business Administration from Texas A&M University, enjoys an Associate status with the American Institute of Constructors and holds a general membership in the Associated General Contractors of America.
